The combination of strawberries, honey, and oat milk in this recipe brings about an explosion of flavor and nutrients.

Fun fact: Did you know that strawberries are a member of the rose family? They are the only fruit with seeds on the outside and are one of the top 10 fruits and vegetables for their antioxidant content.

Unlike the popsicles you buy in the stores that are loaded with sugar and artificial flavors, and colors, our recipe is free of any harmful additives.

I remember growing up in the Caribbean making ice pops with my mom. However, it wasn’t these particular Strawberry Honey Ice Pops. In the Caribbean we had lots of other fruits that she would use to make her ice pops and they were always delicious. It was always a fun activity to do together, and we would eagerly wait for them to freeze. Now, as an adult with my own children, I would make ice pops every summer, because they bring back fond memories of my childhood.

In conclusion

So if you’re looking to beat the summer heat, our easy-to-make Strawberry Honey Ice Pops is a healthy, and delicious way to do so. So next time the temperature rises, whip up a batch of these refreshing ice pops for you and your loved ones to enjoy.
