By now everyone knows that I hate spending hours in the kitchen. Whether it’s baking or cooking, the recipes have to be simple enough for me to be in and out, rather quickly. My time is precious and I’d much prefer to spend the little that there is throughout the day chatting with my family about their day.
Asian food is something I’ve always enjoyed. When we lived in NY, I was within walking distance of quite a few Asian restaurants and you would find us there ordering our favorite Asian meals. Now that I live in Colorado, the Asian community is almost non-existent so the restaurants are very few, which means that the prices only allow you to eat there about once or twice a month.
My husband, however, enjoys cooking and we would always try and recreate the meals that we’re used to. Having an authentic sauce makes your meal even better, so that’s why I was excited to see Passage Foods, Passage to Asia Stir-Fry sauces in the Asian foods section of my local Walmart. There were Pad Thai, Thai Basil & Sweet Chili, Red Thai Curry, and my favorite Korean BBQ.
Not only are they made with all natural ingredients, but they are also non-GMO, BPA, and Gluten-free, and guess what? All Passage to Asia stir-fry products can be made in 20 minutes or less, giving you that gourmet experience without spending hours in the kitchen.
