If you have a little one in your house you may be watching Disney Junior. Even if you don’t have a little one in your house and don’t watch Disney Junior, you may have seen something or the other of Disney’s new top characters. Sofia the First and the famous Toy Doc, Doc McStuffins. They’re every little girl’s and boy’s dream come true. Now who wouldn’t love to be a princess? And who doesn’t want to be a doctor? I know I do! I would love to patch up boo-boo’s. Sometimes kisses don’t really make them better but bandaids do the job. Wonder Forge the maker of top pre-school games, toys and puzzles, decided to introduce a few of Disney’s top characters for the entire family to enjoy. Wonder Forge decided to send me two of my favorites to play with at home.
I received the Doc McStuffins All Better Game and Sofia the First Magical Tea Time Game for review and I am now going to share them with you. First let’s get into Doc McStuffins All Better Game.
Make the boo boos go away like Doc McStuffins! Each slap bracelet bandage is a different mystery ouchie. Take turns trying to figure out which doctor tool will make things all better! It’s a fun game of pretending and playful problem-solving!
$24.99 – Recommended age: 3+
My brother and I enjoyed playing the Doc McStuffins All Better Game. This games says 3+ but it’s great for everyone in the family. Everyone can join in the fun. It’s for 2-4 players and boys and girls can play. It’s not just for girls only. Everything that I saw on the show is included in my doctor bag which is used to store all my supplies when I’m done playing. There are 6 slap bracelet bandages, 6 foam tools and all are very durable.
Now the game itself is very easy to play. You spin the spinner and see who will get a new boo boo! You put the bandages on and then you use the doctor’s tool to make the boo-boos go away. The one who makes the most boo-boos go away wins. This game can keep you entertained for hours.
Well I have to tell you that I have yet to win. I think that they cheat every time I play with them. I do have fun walking around with my doctor’s bag though. Yup it’s Madison the doctor in the house! I have been treating my own toys and making them better. See this game can be used in many other ways. It doesn’t have to be all game but it can be fun too.
Now it’s time for Sofia the First Magical Tea Time:
It’s time for tea with Princess Sofia! As the magical teapot blows on your tea, the color in your teacup changes! There are so many pretty treats for tea time. When the color in your teacup changes, you earn the treats on the plate of the matching color! Along the way, Sofia and the Good Fairies reward you for your proper tea time manners!
$19.99 – Recommended age: 3+
I love tea time and I have quite a few tea sets but what I received went above and beyond what I expected. This is more than playing a game of serving tea. This teaches manners and etiquette. Sure it’s fun pretending to serve tea to my many stuffed animals and dolls. This one rewards me for doing the right thing.
There are good manners treats. You get a treat for having your elbows off the table, for standing up and giving a curtsey and for saying please and thank you. Not only does this game fun but which other game do you know that helps with manners. This makes the perfect preschooler game.
Since I didn’t know how to really play this one mommy and my brother played and mommy won. I guess my brother doesn’t have really good manners. He may need to play this a bit more.
These are great games for preschoolers and I truly recommend buying them. They will make your family game night lots of fun! I love Wonder Forge and their preschool games.
