If you’ve been with me for a while you may know that I am a total dare devil. I consider myself the Evel Knievel of toddlers. I can jump from beds and chairs and land safely on my feet. I can pop wheelies on my bikes although sometimes that doesn’t alway end up well for me. Yeah if you’ve been with me for a while you may remember that jumping off the bed landed me in the ER. I’ve had quite a bit of bumps and bruises and you would think that I would have learned to tone it down a bit, but no, that’s not my style. I like to live large and in-charge and after all I’m a toddler. YOLO! Well when Magic Cabin offered to send me their Plush Spotted Horse Rocker, I thought to myself. Yay, they’re finally getting to know me. You may remember last year they send me one of their amazing dolls, the Reuben Barn doll that has taught me so much. She is still one of my favorite!
Today though it’s all about the Plush Spotted Horse Rocker! This beauty is a true sight to behold. And a breeze to set up. The only thing you need to attach is the base and it takes less than 5 minutes. Yes you read that right. Less than 5 minutes. This is not the toy horse rocker that you gave to your toddler when he was old enough to sit. You know the boring ones that does nothing at all. Yeah I know them all too well since I had two of them myself. This one is truly interactive.
Notice those stickers on her ears, with a touch of her ears you hear the clippity-clop of her hooves and she even neighs. She does however require 2AA batteries which aren’t included, once again another toy you need to have batteries on hand for, but if you don’t have them it won’t take away from the fun. The fun is truly in the rocking! The seat is made from faux leather and is super comfortable. There is a little lift at the back that prevents me from slipping off but I admit that I do need help getting on because of the height.
She stands 21 inches in height on a sturdy wooden base and is made from a steel frame that can hold up to 75 lbs. That means that I can ride her for a very long time. If you’re wondering, I’m currently 35″ tall and weigh 26 lbs and my feet doesn’t quite reach the stirrups so I can see myself enjoying this for quite some time to come.
Her spotted coat is super soft and so is her fur. For the adventurous toddler or even a little older child this would be a hit. I know that I am having a blast riding her and now next Christmas I want to up the ante for a real horse. This truly gets my TWO TINY THUMBS UP!
Here’s me riding my new Plush Spotted Horse Rocker from Magic Cabin. Giddyup Horsey!
Recommended age: 18m+ up to 75 lbs
