I wrote this review while participating in a campaign for Mom Central Consulting on behalf of Playskool. I received product samples to facilitate my party and review, and a promotional item to thank me for participating.
The past weekend has been a great weekend for me. Mommy invited a few of my friends over and we had a blast thanks to Playskool. There is nothing more that I love than playing with friends, well besides playing with toys as well and Playskool did not disappoint. I was sent toys to celebrate with and share with my friends and they were more than happy to join in the fun with me. I was sent the Stack ‘N Spin Monkey Gears, the Transfromers Mixable, Mashable Heroes Optimus Prime and Grimlock, and Let’s Imagine Elmo.
While my friends had a lot of fun (I’m not allowed to show their faces on my blog) well except for my best friend that is, whose mommy said it was ok, they were most interested in my Lets Imagine Elmo but I want to share a bit about each of them. After we were finished eating we decided that we wanted to play outside. After all it was a really nice day.
The Transfromers Mixable, Mashable Heroes Optimus Prime and Grimlock was a hit as well with my bestie. Optimus Prime spud partners up with Grimlock spud to battle the Decepticons! Squeeze the Grimlock figure’s eyes and watch as his jaw chomps and launches a projectile! Includes one two-inch potato body and three pieces to construct Optimus Prime spud and one four-inch potato body with parts and pieces to construct Grimlock spud.
He had a great time putting it together and taking it apart just like Mr. Potato Head.
Next we decided to play with the Stack ‘N Spin Monkey Gears toy, little ones can build up the fun by placing colorful gears all around their monkey friend’s belly, hands, and feet. Once all the gears are set, press the central gear to make them turn, hear silly monkey music, and watch little lights twinkle! Kids’ sorting and stacking skills will be rewarded with this delightful visual experience!
Next we decided to try Let’s Imagine Elmo. This cute 13-inch Elmo pal comes with three different hats that unlock different imaginary themes and play modes. Place the crown on Elmo’s head to play a game of “Prince Elmo Says,” pop on the cowboy hat to learn about numbers in the “Countin’ Cowboy” game, or put on the sea captain hat for a fun “Sounds of the Sea” game. Kids can also tickle his belly, squeeze his nose, or bounce him for a fun reaction.
Elmo was a hit at the party. I didn’t want to share him because he was special but mommy had me share with with all the other kids at the party. Some of the mommy’s have even put him on their list for their kids, but I’m not supposed to let them know that he’s going to be under their tree.
Thanks to Playskool I was able to have fun and try out a few new toys that will be available this holiday season. To find out more about these toys you can check the Playskool website.
