Being a small human mommy thinks that it’s best that I use all natural products, preferably ones that haven’t been tested on animals. We think we’ve found the perfect company. Shea Moisture! If you’re in love with natural or organic products like me and my mommy then you may want to give them a try.
I take a bath with Shea Moisture Olive and Marula Baby Head to Toe Wash and Shampoo with Avocado and Shea Butter. It is sulfate-free and it cleans and nourishes my delicate hair and body. Shea Butter makes my skin soft and smooth and the good thing about this is that I don’t have to worry about needing two products for my bath and shampoo.
After my bath Mommy rubs me all over with the Shea Moisture Organic Red Bush and Babassu Baby Head to Toe Lotion with Carrot Oil and Shea Butter. It says baby on the bottle but anyone can use it. My mom sometimes even uses it. The carrot oil protects and soothes my sensitive baby skin. It’s thick and creamy and smells lovely as well. Its totally organic, natural, not tested on animals, free of sulfates, vegan, no parabens, phthalates, paraffin, gluten, propylene gylcol, mineral oil, synthetic fragrance, mineral oil, basically all the bad stuff is not there. After all these are absorbed in my body and I don’t want them in there.
Mommy and I especially loves the Shea Moisture Coconut and Hibiscus line for my all natural hair. We use the Coconut & Hibiscus Curl and Style Milk, the Curl Enhancing Smoothie and the Hold and Shine Moisture Mist. The smell is totally divine. It also keeps my hair moisturized and shiny and I don’t mind getting my hair combed. I love using the mist to keep my hair moisturized as well and mommy spritz it on my hair whenever it gets dry as it keeps down my frizzies.
For on the go purposes, mommy uses Shea Moisture Organic Raw Shea, Chamomile and Argan Baby Head to Toe Ointment with Frankincense & Myrrh. This can be used as lotion for my body or even as a diaper rash ointment when I need a diaper change. This one is always kept in my baby bag.
We definitely recommend the Shea Moisture line of products for yourself and your little one. They are also reasonably priced so you don’t feel as if you’re breaking the bank.
They can be found at your local Target, Walgreens or CVS Pharmacy.
