Finding Dory Fruit Punch

This Finding Dory Fruit Punch is sure to be a hit with the kids.

As I’m typing this, Madison and I are currently watching Finding Nemo. While looking for a movie to watch for our movie night, I went into my Disney vault, and after seeing the Finding Dory commercials on TV for the umpteenth time, she decided that she wanted to watch Finding Nemo.

Now how could I resist, after all it was once one of my favorite Disney movie when it was first released, and I’ve watched it more than twenty times I’m sure with each of my other children. However, by the time this is posted, Finding Dory will be in theaters and I’m hoping that you will be going to check it out because we will be there on opening day.

If you’re however looking for something to celebrate the movie, how about our Finding Dory Fruit Punch. It is completely alcohol free and is great for everyone in the household.

1oz Mango Nectar

1oz Coconut Juice

2oz Sunny D Blue Raspberry

1 small drop Neon Green food coloring

Ice

Orange sanding sugar

1 Tbsp. Simple Syrup

DIRECTIONS

Using two appetizer plates pour the orange sanding sugar onto one plate and simple syrup on the other plate.

Take your glassware and dip the rims in the simple syrup and then the orange sanding sugar and set to the side.

Fill your glasses with ice about 3/4 of the way up.

Bottom layer:

Take your pineapple juice, coconut juice and a small drop of green food coloring in a bar shaker and shake well to combine.

Now pour this first layer into your glass – set to the side.

Top layer:

Take your Sunny D blue raspberry and Mango nectar in your bar shaker and shake to combine.

Pour on top of your pineapple mix.

Enjoy!

NOTE:
If you do not have a bar shaker, you can also use a separate glass and stir your fruit mixes.

Now I hope you’re just as excited as we are about Finding Dory. Finding Dory reunites everyone’s favorite forgetful blue tang, Dory, with her friends, Nemo and Marlin, on a search for answers about her past. What can she remember? Who are her parents? And where did she learn to speak whale? I expect to laugh and maybe cry a little because, after all, this is Disney. However, if you’re still on the fence about seeing it in the movies like we are today, then how about this trailer to convince you?

Here are the ways to keep up with Disney/Pixar’s Finding Dory:
