I love reading or maybe I should say I love being read to. I’ve enjoyed books for as long as I can remember. Mommy and I always say that you’re never too young to learn, you’re also never too young to read. Books take you to another world filled with adventures. I can be a princess or anything I want.
When Laughing Giraffe Books contacted mommy to do a review and a giveaway for my readers mommy took a look and said “sure”. You can after all never have too many books. Well that’s mommy and my philosophy and I’m sure you would agree with me.
Laughing Giraffe Books company is not your typical subscription box company. Here’s some info about the company.
Laughing Giraffe Books is a provider of fun book sets that engage young readers from birth to age 8. Their team of parents, reading specialist, and other experts in the field of children’s literature sorts through the thousands of available children’s book to bring readers the best available titles. These books are then packaged into fun book set arranged by age, gender, or interest, and are shipped beautifully wrapped and ready for gift giving. All of their book sets are available with either book set delivery (all books shipped at one time) or book of the month delivery (one book shipped each month), and free gift wrapping and shipping is included with every order.
Our hardest choice was actually choosing the books we wanted. There was actually so much to choose from. You can shop by recipient’s age, book format, occasion and even price. Mommy and I looked and couldn’t decide on what we wanted. We finally decided on the Good Night Book Set. If you’re having trouble deciding what to get like mommy did, they also offer a gift card option. Awesome right?
I must say shipping is extremely fast as well. We got our package in the mail within a few days of ordering. Our books were so nicely wrapped and I had so much fun trying to rip them apart. They were my own little presents. Here’s an idea and one mommy didn’t think about until after I ripped my pressies apart. Since they are already wrapped you can give them out as reward presents once a week.
Now who doesn’t like opening presents? I know I do. I really enjoyed opening up my books from Laughing Giraffe Books. I also really enjoyed playing with the packing material as well. The great thing about this is that everything is recyclable. Environmentally friendly, now that’s a great company!
The books from the the Good Night set includes:
Kiss Good Night by Amy Hest (Board Book)
Good Night, Little Bear by Patricia M. Scarry (Hardcover)
Harry the Dirty Dog by Gene Zion (Board Book)
The Sleepy Little Alphabet by Judy Sierra (Hardcover)
With such a great selection of board and hardcover books you really can’t go wrong. I would certainly recommend Laughing Giraffe Books. Not only is it great to encourage the love of reading with your little and big ones, it also make a great gift. Laughing Giraffe Books gets my Two Tiny Thumbs Up!
